UNIGLOBE Travel International operates under a master-franchising structure. UNIGLOBE is the owner of all rights, trademarks, and systems of the UNIGLOBE program.
From our headquarters in Vancouver, Canada, we award Regional Master Franchise Licenses to business leaders worldwide to develop and expand the UNIGLOBE brand and help them to build successful travel management companies (TMCs).
As a Regional Master Franchise Licensee, you capitalize on the proven UNIGLOBE Travel International business system. As well, you benefit from years of UNIGLOBE experience in building profitable TMCs specializing in corporate travel.
There are already 13 UNIGLOBE Regions: Belgium and Luxembourg, the British Isles, Canada, China, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Mexico and Central America, the Netherlands, the South Asia sub-continent, sub-Saharan Africa and the USA.
There are three functional areas of activity in a Regional operation:
Marketing and sale of franchises to existing agencies and TMCs, or in some cases to individuals, wishing to get into the travel business.
Support and services to franchisees in your Region to bring them on stream and then support them in building a successful UNIGLOBE business.
Administration and financial management to ensure a smooth running operation and a profitable Region.
Ongoing responsibilities include training, quality control, systems implementation and supplier negotiations. Simply stated: the goal of a UNIGLOBE Region is growth in outlets and growth per outlet.
Under the UNIGLOBE umbrella, working in partnership with their Regional Master Franchise Office, member agencies put their intimate knowledge of local markets to the best possible use. Innovative global solutions are combined with personalized, local service to attract key corporate and vacation travel accounts in your Region.
The UNIGLOBE organization is committed to providing Regions as well as franchise owners and employees with support systems, materials and training to successfully meet the opportunities and challenges of the travel industry. The ultimate goal of all UNIGLOBE programs is to increase agency profitability by increasing individual production and offering the highest standards in customer service.
